We don't use computer programs to make decisions about you that significantly affect your rights. Our payment provider, Stripe, may run automatic fraud checks on payments, using details such as your payment information, address and device, which can lead to a payment being declined.
We only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we'll stop within 5 working days of you unsubscribing. We'll still send emails about your orders.
Our store uses encrypted (SSL) connections, and only people who need your information can access it. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Order and payment records are kept for at least five years to meet Australian tax laws. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing nathan@hustlethegame.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll usually respond within 30 days.
If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to ask us to delete, restrict or transfer your information, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. We rely on these legal bases: fulfilling your order (contract), meeting legal obligations, our legitimate interest in running and improving our store, and your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Our store isn't directed at children. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying from us or sharing personal information with us.
