About us

This website is run by Nathan Bate (ABN 47 570 200 848), the creator of HU$TLE, based in Dakabin, Queensland, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using our store

• You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Please give us accurate details so we can process and deliver your order.
• Keep your account password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Our products

HU$TLE is a game for ages 14 and up. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens, and some images may show prototypes or digital renders. If the product you receive is materially different from what we described when you ordered, you can return it for a full refund.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
• Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe.
• If we've made a pricing mistake, we'll contact you before shipping. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling orders

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there's a pricing mistake you don't accept, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.
• Your order becomes yours, and your responsibility, once it's delivered.
• International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged by your country. You pay these unless we say otherwise at checkout.

Our intellectual property

HU$TLE, the HU$TLE logo, the characters, artwork, rules and website content belong to Nathan Bate or his licensors. Please don't copy, sell or use them without our written permission.

Ideas and content you send us

If you send us ideas, such as card or expansion suggestions, or post reviews or photos, you let us use, edit and share them without payment. We'll credit you where we reasonably can. Please only share content that's yours and doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.

Using our website fairly

Please don't misuse our website. For example, don't try to hack it, spread viruses, scrape it, post anything unlawful or abusive, or pretend to be someone else. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights, or any other rights you have by law.

Our liability

As long as it doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or that we didn't cause.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here with its date. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This doesn't remove any consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
